689ph's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their 689ph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
689ph does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. 689ph makes no representations regarding the suitability of the platform for any particular purpose or the accuracy of any information provided on the platform.
689ph's collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data is governed by the 689ph Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the 689ph platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
689ph complies with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines and all applicable regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through 689ph's internal customer dispute process by contacting the 689ph support team. If the dispute remains unresolved after internal escalation, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures applicable to licensed Philippine online gaming operators.
Any legal proceedings not resolved through the above process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
